Chipotles are awesomeeeeee! I agree. so yeah the snow is insane! but now I’m at work, my girl Bernadette was able to pick me up, cause my hill to my apt is just treacherous! damn snow. hope you are having a good day in ME!

This sounds really good, I’ll have to try it- I’ve never cooked with chipotles, but I love em! How’s your snow adventure going? Hope you’re not going stir crazy by now!

One more important ingredient I probably forgot to mention. I have been adding about 1/2 c of sherry. The real stuff, not cooking. It just took it to another level.

I am glad you liked it. Since I am south beachin it…I didn’t use carrots, but I am sure they really added something to it. The cabbage is a great idea. I am actually making the soup today. Can’t wait.
